Who we are

We are a local electronics business. Our stores are in Pilibhit city, Amaria and Barkhera Kalan, so the people who sell to you are people you can meet in person.

Our website brings our range and our store team online. You can browse from home, compare models, check delivery to your PIN code, and then talk to us by phone, WhatsApp or at the store before you decide.

What we sell

  • Mobiles and gadgets: smartphones, feature phones, tablets, smart watches, earbuds, mobile accessories and power banks.
  • TV and audio: LED and smart TVs, sound bars and speakers.
  • Home appliances: air conditioners, refrigerators, deep freezers, washing machines, microwave ovens, water purifiers, room coolers, ceiling fans, geysers, room heaters, and kitchen and small appliances.
  • Computers and power: laptops, computer accessories, storage devices, inverters and batteries, and stabilizers.

We stock leading brands including Samsung, Apple, vivo, OPPO, realme, Xiaomi and Redmi, OnePlus, Motorola, LG, Sony, Whirlpool, Daikin, Voltas, Havells, Bajaj and many more.

Every product we sell is brand new and comes with the manufacturer's warranty, as stated by the brand and on your invoice.

How we help you

  • Compare before you buy. Add models to compare and see their features and specifications side by side.
  • Check delivery to your PIN code. Enter your PIN code on a product page to see whether we deliver there, the estimated delivery date and whether Cash on Delivery is available.
  • Call or WhatsApp for the price. Many products show "Price on request" for now. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 88659 37777 for the current price and availability. We are adding online prices step by step.
  • A real store team. Our team helps you pick the right model, and is there after the sale for questions about your product or order.
  • Installation and demo. For ACs, TVs, washing machines and other large appliances, we help you book installation and demo with the brand's authorised technicians, wherever the brand offers it.
  • Warranty and service help. Warranty claims go through the brand's authorised service centre with your invoice. Our stores help you with the process. Read our warranty policy.
  • Order tracking and GST invoice. Track your order on the track order page or in My account → Orders, where you can also download your GST tax invoice.

Shopping online with us

  • Payments: online payments go through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI where your bank offers it). Every payment is verified with Razorpay before your order is confirmed. Cash on Delivery is available only where it is shown at checkout.
  • Delivery: the estimated delivery date for your PIN code and any delivery charge are shown before you pay.
  • Cancellation: cancel your order yourself from My account → Orders until it is packed for dispatch, with a full refund of any amount paid. If you checked out as a guest, or your order is already packed, please contact us.
  • Returns: if a product arrives damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or not as described, you can ask for a replacement, repair or refund within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our return policy. Transit damage, a wrong item or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after delivery.
